Parents can choose from a variety of options for assessment based on time allocation and whether verbal or written feedback is required.
ASSESSMENT OPTIONS
30 minute screening assessment with verbal feedback = $200
30 minute screening assessment with written feedback = $280
45 minute assessment with verbal feedback = $230
45 minute assessment with written summary = $310
1 hour assessment with written summary = $355
1 and 1/2 hour assessment with detailed report = $530
(for travel within 10km radius from Windsor)
30 minutes = $129
1 hour = $240
Payment
Payment can be made by Direct Debit.
Funding
Kylie is registered to provide services to children who receive rebates (i.e. part of the cost is reimbursed by an external agency to the parents) and who receive funding (i.e. all of the costs are paid by an external agency).
Kylie is registered to provide rebates through Private Health Funds and Medicare, Enhanced Primacy Care Plan (EPC) which requires referral from your GP.
Kylie is not an NDIS provider but she can see families who are NDIS self managed or plan managed.
